Window and Spruce Up Fund The PUBLIC Theatre's broken front window detracts from the audience's overall experience.  Because of its vulnerability, it can only be replaced with laminated glass. A group of volunteers has organized an effort to replace the front window (and spruce the ol' place up a little during our little down time).  The estimated cost of replacement is $2,000.   The PUBLIC Theatre's most-faithful performing groups, Armadillo Rodeo and Red Octopus Theatre, have each committed $300 to the campaign, and the theatre's main backer has agreed to match their commitments, so we're already $1,200 toward our $2,000 goal!
